Ellen Brennan is a certified coach, consultant and
trainer who offers a unique blend of over 15 years experience in
Training and Development and 17 years in the technology industry.
She is the founder of Performance Coaching and Training, a
provider of leadership development and career management services to
individuals and organizations.
Coaching
Ellen works one-on-one with clients in areas
including leadership growth, business operations, and career management
to increase professional effectiveness and achieve goals. Her
clientele include executives, business managers and entrepreneurs. As
an outcome of the coaching, clients set clearer goals, take decisive
action, make better strategic decisions for the organization.
Sample Training Assignments
As a senior instructor with the national training
firm, The Training Clinic, Ellen conducts a wide variety of
train-the-trainer workshops including Facilitation Skills,
Presentation Skills, Designing Effective Training, Applying Adult
Learning Concepts, and Dealing with Difficult People.
For Raytheon, Ellen facilitated planning sessions
with engineers and managers to re-engineer various business operations.
This involved developing business process models to support their
implementation of Six Sigma projects. She trained the engineers to
maintain these modules using an automated design tool.
Ms. Brennan designed a customer service program for

Background
Ms. Brennan gained experience in all aspects of
training and development from being a “department of one” through to
Director level of pan-European training with P&L responsibility.
She spent nine years working internationally, based in
Ellen holds a degree in Organizational
Behavior and is a certified coach through The Coaches Training
Institute. She is an member of the International Coach Federation and
the American Society for Training & Development.
