Jean is the owner of Human Resources Simplified, a local business
consulting company, helping businesses do more with less; and guiding
managers to career success through the coaching process one on one.
She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Rowan University, where
she majored in Psychology and she holds an MBA degree from Argosy
University, with a concentration in Human Resources.
She received recognition as a Senior Professional in Human Resources
from the Human Resources Certification Institute and was later granted
lifetime certification. She was also awarded certification as a
Certified Business Manager by the APBM.
She serves on the Board of Directors of various regional professional associations. Her background is in healthcare human resources at the executive level. She teaches college business and healthcare management courses on an adjunct basis for several local colleges. Practicing her interest in writing, she has been published in local magazines. Jean has earned her Florida life, health and annuity insurance agent license.
The Sarasota Human Resources Association named Jean “HR Professional of the Yea” and she was also given the same honor by the Charlotte County Society for Human Resource Management a few years later.
She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the American Society for Training and Development and other national and local professional associations in the human resources, training, consulting and coaching areas.
She collects used clothes for the needier residents of Costa Rica as a charity. She resides in Sarasota, FL with her family.
