Nancy Valentine has been involved in career consulting, coaching, interviewing and recruiting for many years. She began her recruiting career with Management Recruiters in Denver, Colorado, then, after moving to Fort Collins, Colorado, she founded and managed her own staffing/recruiting service for 25 years. She would often tell others how she found her niche after years of career dissatisfaction. After experiencing the difference it made in her life to find her niche, she had an absolute passion for helping others discover and reach their career aspirations. Nancy is known as an attentive listener who projects warmth and enthusiasm, offering intuitive insight and perspective while inspiring and encouraging others to take action. She helps her clients define and design the next steps toward creating fulfillment and satisfaction in their lives.
Nancy also became a counselor for Right Associates, an outplacement company in Denver specializing in corporate downsizing, volunteer career change, career re-entry, entrepreneurial exploration and new directions. She coached executives from Teledyne, Woodward Governor, Hewlett Packard and many others through a proven career management program. She also trained with Career Development Services in Rochester, New York where she specialized in spouse relocation/career assistance for Kodak of Windsor, Colorado. In addition she taught career oriented classes at Colorado State University. Nancy attended Coach University to further her coaching skills.
She received her certification as a Career Transition Coach from The Career Planning and Adult Development Network.
Nancy is an avid believer in Networking and she founded a large, successful women's network organization in Northern Colorado which she operated for more than 20 years.
Now, after relocating to Sarasota, Florida, Nancy is excited about continuing coaching individuals in career and life transition. She offers a complete career management/personal marketing and self-discovery program. She loves being a catalyst to inspire, motivate and empower others to find their special niche and create the life they love!
