Every monthly meeting is held at
The Bijou Café, 1287 1st Street at
Pineapple Avenue in Sarasota (click
here for a map) from 11:30am
to 1:30pm. The fee is $10.00 per program (plus lunch) and RSVP
is required. You may RSVP by emailing

Dorothy Conlon is an octogenarian globe-trotter
who, often traveling alone, explores destinations that are well off the
beaten track. She is the author of "At Home in the World: Memoirs
of a Traveling Woman,” which takes you to just a few of the seventy-plus
countries she has visited. Many of her trips involve volunteer work, and
she volunteers locally by presenting travelogues to residents of
retirement homes.
