The GSCA is an alliance of professionals dedicated to the use of coaching approaches in their work and to raising the public’s awareness of coaching and its benefits.The group is open to full- or part-time coaches and other professionals who might use coaching techniques as part of their practice. We welcome those who are exploring coaching as a career option. In addition, we offer affiliate membership to individuals who are interested in our alliance and wish to attend our programs regularly.
Our educational outreach is designed to let people know that a relationship with a coach can help them achieve their personal and professional goals. It can also help clarify goals and next steps for those who are in transition. The coaching relationship guides the client to create a vision of the desired future. The process empowers the client to optimize strengths, minimize blocks and realize potential.
